After receiving your order, you have 14 days to register your return. After the registration, you have 14 days to return your item.
Return costs are at your own expense.

step 1: register your return by email
Send an email to info@marleyintimates.nl . Please include your order number, name, and the items you wish to return.
We cannot process returns that have not been registered in advance.
step 2: pack and ship your return
After registering, we'll provide you with the return address. Please pack the products carefully. You can use the original shipping bag. We recommend sending your return with a tracking code. We are not responsible for lost returns.
return requirements
For hygienic reasons, we only accept returns that meet the conditions below:
The product is unworn and undamaged.
The original labels and hangtags are attached to the product.
There are no visible signs of use.
For bottoms (strings), the hygiene sticker is undamaged and must not have been removed.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Want to exchange a product for a different size? Register your return along the steps above and specify in the email which size you would like to receive. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you the new size free of charge.
